20 Station Hydraulic Circuit Our circuit provides you with a quick aerobic and strength training workout that works your entire body. Hydraulics provide a low impact workout that is easy on your body and great for your waistline. This workout is for ALL ages and fitness levels.

Free Weights Want to increase your metabolism, strengthen your bones, tone and tighten your body? Then free weights are for you. We have a full line of beautybells to accomodate all fitness levels. All weight lifting programs are developed by an ACE Personal Trainer.

Cardiovascular Exercise Equipment We have the finest cardiovascular equipment made...PRECOR! With heart rate monitors and programs for fat loss, cross training, and interval training just to name a few, so you get the most for the time you invest in your exercise.

Metabolic & Cardiovascular Fitness Analyzer We have the gold standard in metabolic and cardiovascular fitness testing. Ever wonder if you have a fast or slow metabolism? Or how hard you have to work out to get results? Our State the art analyzer can sovle these mysteries by providing you with the exact numbers you need to know to meet your fitness goals.

Air Brush Tanning System Our air brush tanning system provides a beautiful tan within hours with no UV rays to damage your skin. A fine mist of self-tanner is air brushed on for even coverage.
