Fitness and Weight Loss Program
Our program provides you with all the tools you need to meet your weight loss and fitness goals. Let our ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant create a custom plan to assist you in your weight loss efforts. This program also includes metabolic testing! Card Key System
We are open to members from 4am to 12am Monday - Saturday and 4am to 7pm on Sundays. Open 365 days a year! Please stop by during our staffed hours: Mondays 8:30am-12:30pm & 3pm-6:30pm Tuesday - Thursdays 10am-12:30pm & 3pm-6:30pm Fridays 8:30am-12:00pm.

Pilates
Pilates is a mind/body program that focuses on the core muscles of the body. Here are just a few of the benefits of Pilates: Develops balance and coordination, improves posture and alignment, builds muscle tone and endurance, relieves stress and tension and boosts core strength and stability. Come join us for a Pilates mat class taught by our Power House Pilates Certified Instructor.

Yoga
Our beautiful Yoga Studio provides the perfect environment for Mind/Body fitness led by our YogaFit Certified and Yoga Alliance Registered teacher. Beginning, Intermediate and Senior Yoga (also suitable for those with health or weight issues) classes are free to all members! Private and Semi-Private Lessons now available!

Middle Eastern Belly Dance Classes
We offer 8-week courses in Beginner and Intermediate Belly Dancing! Classes are free to all members.

 
Step Classes
Step Aerobics
Step training is a variation of stair climbing in which a raised platform - or step - is employed to perform a number of routines. These step patterns ensure a great workout - 30% more body fat metabolized than in traditional aerobics. However these are still low impact exercises that place only mild stress on the feet and joints. We offer programs for all fitness levels, join a class today!
