Our Vinyasa Flow Class held on Mondays and Wednesday consists of basic to intermediate poses sequenced at a moderate pace. This class links breath with movement to create a flowing meditation in movement. Gentle Yoga classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays and are appropriate for all levels of students. Friday mornings are a combination of foam rolling and gentle yoga.
This total body workout is designed to tone, tighten and sculpt the entire body. A blend of standing and floor based exercises with elements of ballet, pilates, yoga and calisthenics. A fun, energetic class for every body!
